The traditional annual celebration of Prophet Elias in the capital of Halkidiki returns for 2026 with a dynamic two-day program. Combining traditional devotion, electronic music, and a live sports screening, the events take place at the scenic hilltop chapel of Prophet Elias surrounded by a lush pine forest.
Saturday, July 18, 2026: The Mountain Party
Τhe festivities kick off on Saturday night with an open-air electronic music event.

Sunday, July 19, 2026: Traditional Laiki Night & World Cup Final
Sunday’s program shifts to a traditional Greek celebration coupled with a massive live screening.

Live Concert: A “Laiki Vradia” (Folk Night) featuring vocalists Veta Chrysafi and Giannis Mpanavas.

Live Orchestra: Backed by Polys Plevritis (clarinet), Pavlos Pantalis (bouzouki), Giorgos Kallifatidis (keyboards), and Andreas Karamanlis (percussion).

World Cup Final on Giant Screen: The highly anticipated World Cup Final will be broadcast live on a giant outdoor screen (“Zise ton teliko opos tou axizei” / Live the final the way it deserves).
