At the center of this agricultural heritage is the historic settlement of Olynthos, home to the annual Olynthos Olive Festival.   • Ensemble Musicians: Featuring Dimitris Papadopoulos (bouzouki), Alexandros Mellach (guitar/vocals), Ntemis Tsarmantidis (piano), Christos Papoglou (keyboards/vocals), Antzelino (clarinet), Kostas Tzitzis (percussion), and O Violins.
